L'objectif : que l'ensemble des citoyens comprennent qui décide quoi, dans quel ordre, et à quels moments la population a son mot à dire.This meeting explains the process, to avoid the misunderstandings that surrounded the previous application. The goal: that all residents understand who decides what, in what order, and when the public has its say.
